It’s simple!

- Click on “Sign Up” at the top right
- Fill in your details and verify your email or phone number
That’s it — you’re ready to shop!
How can I make an order?
- Browse products by category or search bar
- Add your items to the cart
- Proceed to checkout and select your delivery details
- Choose payment method and confirm your order
You’ll get an order confirmation and regular updates on your delivery.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We offer same-day delivery in Lagos, Ibadan & Abuja for orders placed before 12PM.
Orders placed after 12PM may be delivered the next day.

Yes. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our customer care within 12 hours of
delivery. We’ll inspect the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.

Yes, Pay on Delivery is available in selected areas within Lagos for repeat customers and verified
addresses. Please note: we may call to confirm your first order if you choose this option.

How can I get same-day delivery?
Place your order before 12PM (Lagos only) and select “Same-Day Delivery” at checkout.
We’ll assign a personal shopper and dispatch your order ASAP.
How can I place an order to another state?
At checkout, choose the destination state and complete your delivery details. We’ll provide an
estimated delivery time based on the location.
How do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fees vary by location and weight of the order.
You’ll see the exact fee at checkout before you confirm your order.
