DELIVERY TIMELINES
– Items ordered between 12am – 12pm will be delivered between 1pm – 5pm.
– Items ordered after 5pm will be delivered before 12pm the following day.

Yes, we are committed to offering our customers only 100 % organic and fresh products from the market. We also take all necessary actions to ensure that any seller found to be selling non-genuine products is immediately delisted from Sundry Agro.

Prices on Sundry Agro are not fixed as they vary from time to time based on current economic realities in the market. 

You can start by visiting the homepage and clicking on a category name from the Category Menu on the left side of the website. This shows all the products we have within that category.

Sundry Agro displays products available in different locations and local markets, therefore prices of products are based on the current prices in the customer’s location. 

We recommend that all our customers check the reviews and ratings of an item before buying to know what other customers have said about the product and make an informed decision.

Shopping on Sundry Agro is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below;

I.  Click on ADD TO CART your selected product to your cart.

II.  Click on CART in the top right-hand corner.

III.  Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

You can request for a change if your order is not yet shipped and the new address is in the same region or city. However, if you wish to change the shipping address to a different region or city, we will have to cancel and replace the original order.

-Items ordered between 12am – 12pm will be delivered within 1pm – 5pm.

-Items ordered after 5pm will be delivered before 12pm the following day.

You can be rest assured that we are doing all that we can to get your order to you at the  earliest. The delay is possibly due to higher than normal volume of demand that we are currently experiencing.

You can now manage your orders online through ‘My orders’ section and request for cancellation return. Cancellation is possible only before your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel.
