Sundry Care Basket is a special offering from SundryAgro, in collaboration with All Health, that combines selected grocery bundles with an applicable complimentary Heirs Life health insurance benefit. Choose an eligible basket, complete your purchase, and follow the post-purchase process to activate your benefit.

The applicable insurance plans are available to people aged 18–64, subject to the relevant eligibility requirements and terms of the plan. Please check the eligibility information shown with your chosen basket before purchasing.

Each basket comes with a different Heirs Life plan. The ₦25,000 Everyday Essentials basket comes with the Basic Plan, the ₦45,000 Family Value basket comes with the Intermediate Plan, and the ₦75,000 Complete Choice basket comes with the Advanced Plan. Each plan includes a Hospital Treatment Benefit and Life Insurance. The benefit amounts depend on the basket you choose. Hospital Treatment ranges from ₦20,000–₦50,000 on the Basic Plan to ₦100,000–₦200,000 on the Advanced Plan, while Life Insurance ranges from ₦100,000–₦200,000 to ₦500,000–₦1 million.

The applicable insurance benefit lasts for 1 year, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

No. Purchasing a Care Basket does not automatically activate your insurance benefit. You must complete the post-purchase activation process and provide the required information before your eligible benefit can be activated.

After completing your SundryAgro purchase, check your email for a secure link. Follow the instructions provided and submit the information needed to activate your benefit. Once your details have been processed, Heirs Life will activate your cover and notify you when it is ready.

Yes. The waiting period for illness-related claims is 15 days after taking the policy. For Hospital Treatment, a minimum of 3 nights of hospitalization applies.

The plans exclude pre-existing conditions; hospitalization for pregnancy, maternity and fertility-related treatments; cosmetic treatments and plastic surgery; refractive-error corrective procedures; experimental, investigational or unproven procedures or treatments; and hospitalization for self-inflicted injuries. Other applicable terms and conditions may also apply.
